If you were to compile a Top 5 list of God’s attributes what would make your list? All-Powerful? Immortal? All-Knowing? Would you list “Invisible" in your Top 5? Probably not yet that attribute is listed several times in the bible and in fact God Himself says no one can ever see God or they will die. Important safety tip there!
Seeing something is so helpful to our understanding of them - so how can it be a good thing for God not to be seen? This week we’re looking at how God’s invisibility is both an incredible practical blessing and a gracious mercy and how God’s infinite greatness is revealed to us when Jesus appeared and humanity could see, hear, touch and walk with God Himself when - "The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us" (John 1 v 14)
