It’s the weeks before Christmas and all through the house not a creature is stirring ... Wait? ... Really? I mean who’s kidding who - in the week’s before Christmas EVERYBODY is stirring!! It’s the most beautiful, exciting and busy time of the year!
And in that busyness - even with the best of best intentions, it’s easy to pass right on by The Reason for the Season.
So we want to invite you and your family to see what happens when a typical family Nativity Set comes to life after hours!
We see the Angel, Gabriel, wrestling with how a noisy, distracted world causes people to miss the Good News of Christmas; The Shepherd setting off on a frantic search for his missing lamb, leaving the 99 others behind; The Wise Men realizing there are no gifts for Jesus under the tree, and scrambling to remedy the situation; Joseph and Mary working to make sense of the chaos around them while trying to understand God’s purpose;
And, finally, a child reminding everyone of the real joy of giving as we share the gift of Jesus with others at Christmas.
This is a great series that will encourage and help us prepare room for the good news of the birth of the child given to bring great joy to all humanity and you’re invited to the magic!
